SIGN UPS GO LIVE October 1st!

CPSC is going INTERNATIONAL for the very first time!! From December 13–20, we’re sending it up north for five full days of skiing in CANADA. We’ve rented out an entire hostel that’s walking distance from the mountain, with awesome hostel parties AND nights out at local bars (where the drinking age is only 19). This is hands down our cheapest Big Trip ever, but easily the most unforgettable.

If you’re choosing to bus up with your awesome board-members and friends, round-trip transportation to Canada is included in your price. The bus ride isn’t just a way to get there, it’s part of the BIG TRIP experience. You’ll get to hang out, meet everyone, and start the party before we even hit the slopes. If you’re arranging your own ride, there is a Non-Bus option also available.

Pack your skis, pack your stoke, and get ready for the best week of skiing of your life. Spots are limited—so sign up before they’re gone!

With our hostel fully rented out just for CPSC, every night turns into an awesome post ski hangout.

WHERE?
Red Mountain, British Columbia, Canada. Known for its incredible terrain, welcoming ski culture, and lively après scene, this is the perfect destination for CPSC’s first ever out-of-country big trip.

PRICE?
$699.69 covers your spot for the week, including lodging at our private hostel, a ride across the border, food and drink, and all the fun events we have planned. Spots are limited, so lock yours in early, this is going to be the best ski trip CPSC has ever pulled off.

This year we decided to include an option for those of you who do not want to take the but with us. If you’re interested in finding your own way to Canada, we are offering a discounted option for $550.59, when signing up you will have the option to select if you want a spot on the bus or not.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Because CPSC must cover large prepaid expenses to secure housing, transportation, and other logistics, refunds cannot be offered for any reason. If you need to cancel after reserving your spot, the only way to avoid losing your payment is if either a waitlisted person takes your place, or you personally find a replacement traveler. Otherwise, your spot and payment are forfeited.

To secure your place, a $99 deposit is required at registration, or you have the option to pay in full. The remainder of the trip balance, $600, must be paid in full by November 15th through Venmo or PayPal. If payment is not received by this deadline, you will lose your spot and your deposit. It’s your responsibility to stay on top of this deadline to ensure your spot is locked in.  The last day for the deposit option is October 15th, if you sign up after that you must pay in full.

You must have a valid, non-expired passport ready by the time of the trip’s departure. If you are denied entry for any reason; including intoxication, missing documentation, criminal record, or possession of illegal substances, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own way back home, without any refund. Additionally, CPSC is not liable for lost or stolen passports or documents, so it’s critical that you keep them secure throughout the trip.

Lastly, all attendees are expected to follow both club rules and house rules. You are personally responsible for any damages you cause to property or belongings, nor is CPSC responsible for your personal belongings, and you’ll be required to pay in full for anything you break or destroy. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited; bringing them could not only delay the group at the border but also result in immediate removal from the trip without a refund. Safety is also a top priority, CPSC is not liable for accidents, injury, or illness during the trip, but medical treatment will be provided if necessary.
